The development and implementation of leadership and organizational ideologies have excluded certain groups such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women, folks with disabilities, and immigrants. But the wisdom from historically excluded communities is needed for organizations to thrive and become more equitable for all. This is why we seek to develop programming that centers the wisdom of these communities and is focused on the intersectionality of DEIJ & leadership for team, career, and organizational development.
Facilitations
We believe that our clients have the intuition and knowledge necessary to do amazing work and have lasting impact in their roles and fields. As facilitators, our role is to support our clients by asking powerful and thought-provoking questions, providing intentional open space for processing and dialogue, and necessary nudges that encourage forward action.
